'Law & Order: Hate Crimes' coming to NBC. Yes, really.
Law & Order creator Dick Wolf and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit showrunner Warren Leight have successfully pitched a new Law & Order series to NBC. The show, which will be titled Law & Order: Hate Crimes, was picked up for a 13-episode season.
There's no information on casting or when Law & Order: Hate Crimes will air but...it's real. It's a real title of a show they're going with. On television.
Law & Order: Hate Crimes, which will definitely make Twitter a very pleasant place to be every time someone brings it up, will join Special Victims Unit as the one of two Law & Order shows still airing. Previous spinoffs of the show including Criminal Intent and Trial By Jury were eventually canceled, as was the original Law & Order.
