Best kid ever dresses up as Ruth Bader Ginsburg for 'Superhero Day,' and ugh, we're crying now
It's 2016: SCOTUS black robes are the new superhero capes.
To celebrate "Superhero Day" at her school (what kind of school is this?), eight year old Michelle decided to come dressed as Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. According to a Facebook photo posted by her mom, Michelle appears to have been inspired by an illustrated children's book about Ruth Bader Ginsburg, "I Dissent."
"It's superhero day at school. Michele has been reading the heck out of 'I Dissent' and decided to dress as Ruth Bader Ginsburg, because she fights prejudice and injustice," Krista Wujek Threefoot, her mother, writes in the caption.
Michelle's mother reports that her photo even made it to RBG, who now wants to send the daughter a handwritten thank you note to her home.
Let's not lie: this eight-year-old is probably the same height and weight as RBG.
Thank you Michelle. There is an open spot on the SCOTUS bench . . .
