Danger, nostalgia haters!

The streaming giant that brought back Arrested Development, rebooted Full House and is giving you four Gilmore Girls mini-movies is now setting its eyes on Lost in Space.

Netflix has announced it has given a 10-episode order to Lost in Space, based on the 1960s sci-fi TV series of the same name.

The new version, which will be headed by former Prison Break boss Zack Estrin, will like the original center around a family stranded on a foreign planet -- "light years from their intended destination" -- and must battle a new strange environment and "their own personal demons" according to Netflix.

Netflix describes it in a release as "equal parts family drama and sci-fi adventure" but stops short of saying how far in the future it will be set. (The '60s series was set in 1997.)

“The original series so deftly captured both drama and comedy, and that made it very appealing to a broad audience,” said Cindy Holland, Netflix's vice president of original content. "The current creative team’s reimagining of the series for Netflix is sure to appeal to both fans who fondly remember the original and to create a new generation of enthusiasts around the world."

The series, from Legendary TV, is set for debut in 2018.
