Haven't run a competitive race since high school? It's never too late to start again.

Like 101-year-old Man Kaur from Punjab, India, who won the women's 100-metre dash at the 2017 World Masters Games in New Zealand on Monday.

Kaur was the only competitor in the 100+ age category, completing the race in 74 seconds to take the gold medal.

Kaur told a swarm of reporters via a translator that she's "very happy" being at the Games. "She runs, she walks, she's cooking -- she's just full of joy," the translator explained.

Unbelievably, Kaur only started running when she was 94, and it's not the only event she plans to complete in at the games, with the shot put and 200 metre race also on her agenda.

Just amazing.
