Man live-tweets excruciating breakup with internet provider

LONDON -- John Bull and his wife just wanted to cancel their Virgin Media internet and phone package.

But breakups can be hard, and as Mr. and Mrs. Bull would discover, they can be especially difficult when the dumpee refuses to cooperate.

Over the course of four hours, Mr. Bull live-tweeted the saga that unfolded as his wife endured the painful process of dumping Virgin Media. There are denials, multiple hang-ups, unreasonable demands -- the full gamut of emotions and behaviours one expects to encounter during a breakup.
