Man perfectly responds to a Twitter request made by a woman 7 years ago

A+ effort.

Exchanges like this are what Twitter was made for.

Way back in summer 2011 @_ZeeTaughtMe posted the following open request.

Flash forward to the present day, and guess what? That request is now (almost) seven years old. And one plucky tweeter was on hand to fulfil it.

The resulting exchange was simple perfection.

Doug Exeter's screengrab of the exchange has been shared almost 8000 times.

People were clearly impressed.

There were also some understandable questions about how he'd actually remembered.

Okay, if we had to bet money we'd say he probably searched Twitter rather than spotting that tweet seven years ago, adding it to a calendar and then noticing the reminder two months earlier.

But either way, it's still outstanding work.

H/T Twitter Moments.
