What, your flights don't include Glendfiddich and caviar?

The golden era of flying isn't over -- it's just begun.

Popular vlogger Casey Neistat was recently upgraded to a $21,000 first class seat on Emirates Airlines. Normally, the upgrade would have cost him a pretty penny, but Neistat was able to move up free of charge.

Neistat then created a video documenting his journey, which was undoubtedly classier than anything anyone reading this post will (likely) experience in a lifetime.

Highlights of Neistat's trip (Trigger warning: It may make you sick with consumerist envy):

  • A fully stocked minibar

  • Caviar

  • Glendfiddich 21-year-old malt

  • Grey Goose Vodka

  • A shower

  • A bed with a pillow and a duvet

  • Slippers

  • Pajamas

  • Smoked mackerel with wasabi mayonnaise on pumpernickel

  • Marinated feta with eggplant

  • An extensive list of gourmet food none of us quite understand

Jealous yet? If not, might I recommend watching the full video of Neistat's experience. Seeing him lie back in a chair that's probably more expensive than your whole house is guaranteed to make you sad.

"It really does change your whole relationship with travel, when you take the most painful part of traveling and instead of that being a terrible experience, it goes from pain to pleasurable," Neistat says.

Congratulations, bro. Enjoy your "glamorous" ride while the rest of us wine and dine in coach on free pretzels and tap water.
