Margot Robbie's moment is just beginning.

Though it's still in production, the first images have surfaced of Robbie as Tonya Harding in I, Tonya.

The Australian actress is strapping on her skates to portray the American figure skater, who famously pleaded guilty to orchestrating an attack on fellow skater Nancy Kerrigan in 1994.

Harding competed in the Olympics and national figure skating championships before receiving a lifetime ban from the U.S. Figure Skating Association in the aftermath of the Kerrigan attack and investigation.

The film is directed by Craig Gillespie (Million Dollar Arm) and written by Steven Rogers. It also stars Sebastian Stan and Allison Janney.

I, Tonya will premiere in 2018.
