Is President-elect Donald Trump trying to tell us something with his supervillain-style tweets? Mark Hamill, who knows a thing or two about dark forces in the universe, is here to help us find out.

Most know Hamill as a Jedi master, but he's also the voice of the Joker in the Batman animated series. As a special treat, Hamill recorded himself delivering Trump's infamous New Year tweet in his most sinister Joker voice and released the clip Saturday.

Trump's remarks just work better if you imagine he's got a diabolical plan for Gotham City.

Hamill seems to have been inspired by writer and comedian Matt Oswalt, who first compared Trump's tweet to something the Joker might say "before releasing a swarm of killer bees into Gotham."

Hamill, who has consistently shown himself to be the best of humans, was all in.

Can we get one of these for each Trump tweet over the next four years?
