There are few things more rewarding than sinking your teeth into a good YA novel.

This week, the MashReads Podcast takes a dive into the YA world by reading and discussing The Raven Boys, the first book in Maggie Stiefvater's supernatural YA series The Raven Cycle. The book stars Blue Sargent, a teenage girl from a family of psychics whose clairvoyant mother tells her that she will cause her true love to die.

To make matters worse, Blue's world is thrown into chaos when her path collides with the Raven Boys, a group of students on a quest to awaken a mythical Welsh king.
