This Disney princess cameo in 'Ralph Breaks the Internet' is already a meme

In a sneak peak of the upcoming film Ralph Breaks the Internet, all of Disney's princesses come together for the first time -- and one in particular has already inspired her own meme.

It's an ambitious crossover that's sure to delight once it plays out on the big screen, but surprisingly, the best part of the trailer isn't from OG princesses like Jasmine or Belle. It's from Brave's Merida, who shares her backstory in such a thick Scottish accent that it's near impossible to understand her. Naturally, it's perfect fodder for Twitter memes.

For those unfamiliar with the Scottish dialect, it's definitely a doozy to decipher. But thankfully, a Scottish Twitter user helpfully translated Merida's speech: "I gave my mother a cake, she turned into a big bear, my father tried to kill her. If that isn't a big mess, I don't know what is."

After the sneak peek's release, Twitter immediately did its thing and turned Merida's rant into a meme, pairing screenshots of the princess with the text of very Scottish tweets. They're hilarious to sift through, even if you're not Scottish yourself.
