Meryl Streep's transformation into Donald Trump is deeply disturbing
Verdict: Meryl Streep playing Donald Trump is just as weird as you think it is.
Of course, in true Streep fashion, it's also pretty awesome. Streep donned her best combover wig and orange face dust to portray Trump during Monday night's Public Theater Gala in NYC, delighting the audience with an election-themed take on "Brush Up on Your Shakespeare" from Kiss Me, Kate.
She appeared alongside Christine Baranski, who played Hillary Clinton.
