By now, I pray you've seen Pope Rihanna blessing us all with her Met Gala ensemble – or Ariana Grande providing us a literal example of the "Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination" theme.
While there were folks who chose to come in what were basically insanely expensive prom dresses, there were others who stuck with the night's religious motif and probably made Anna Wintour very proud. Some went very literal — Sarah Jessica Parker's altar or Zendaya's Joan of Arc interpretation — and others, like Jaden Smith, just looked really really cool. Here are our favorites from the first Monday of May.
