In other words, you can now upload your stereoscopic content to the Meta Quest mobile app. Next, Meta will convert the video into Quest-compatible playback and send it to your headset.
Meta says that users can find their spatial video content by navigating to the Files menu.

In addition to 3D spatial videos, Meta also announced that, similar to the Vision Pro, the Quest 3 will support gamepads like the PS5 DualSense controller.
This new software update will roll out to users gradually. "If you don’t see the v62 update yet, remain calm. It’s on its way and should be in your virtual hands soon," Meta said.
