Hmmm. Maybe this is just a prank? Some jerk with Photoshop having a good time? Let's just check ESPN and ... yep, it's real.

In case you were wondering, no, the Mets weren't playing football.

The most runs scored by any MLB team in the modern era is 30 runs, so, um, at least the Mets didn't let the Nationals break that record.

But with 23, Washington did set a franchise record for most runs in a game. So congrats, Nats fans! And Mets fans, at least you have the Knicks ... I mean, Jets ... oh, hmm, well at least you live in New York.
