Mets star Yoenis Cespedes rides horse to spring training
New York Mets star Yoenis Cespedes already flaunted his new $75 million deal by driving a completely ridiculous automobile to spring training last week.
Now he's taking a horse to work. And we haven't even gotten to the pig yet (seriously, there's a pig involved here as well).

In case you forgot, here's the ride Cespedes drove to work last Monday. It's a Polaris Slingshot SL, which retails for about $25,000 but Cespedes had outfitted with $40,000 worth of extra work.

Now here's how Cespedes rolled up to spring training this Tuesday ... on a horse. He's even joined by ace pitcher Noah Syndergaard.

And there you have it -- but wait, we almost forgot about the pig!
Cespedes visited the St. Lucie County Fair on Sunday night (the Mets hold spring training in Port St. Lucie, Florida). He walked away from the fair having dropped a cool $7,000 on a 270-pound grand champion hog raised by a teenager from a local 4-H club.

ESPN reports the hog was raised by 14-year-old Cole Pallas. His grandmother, Sandy Croghan, explained how Cespedes came to be proud owner.
"He asked one of the people at the rodeo, 'Well, what would you buy?'" Croghan told ESPN. "[A bystander] said, 'The best one is the grand champion.' So he said, 'That's the one I want.'"
In conclusion: This is Yoenis Cespedes' world; the rest of us are just living in it.
