Microsoft Edge, the default web browser in Windows 10, is getting a 3D upgrade with the Windows 10 Creators Update coming in early 2017.

Using a HoloLens headset, users can literally place the 3D objects they create with Windows 10 Creators Update in 3D space as holograms.

In one demo, Taj Reid, head of Experience Design at Microsoft, pulled up the Edge browser and then proceeded to take a 3D emoji and 3D chair created in a previous demo and then place them on stage.
