The third inning of Game 3 of the World Series was delayed when Cleveland Indians first baseman Mike Napoli trotted out to the field a couple minutes after his teammates. The game continued, no big deal. But why was Napoli late? The scholars of Twitter had a theory.

Yes, the internet assumed Napoli was pooping.
