Despite what Miley Cyrus may believe, she doesn't appear to have drops of Jupiter on her skin.

On Wednesday, Cyrus Instagrammed a photo of her new tattoo, adding the hashtag #lilbbjupiter. There's just one problem -- while the image is definitely of a planet, that planet is almost certainly Saturn. Unless Miley knows something about Jupiter that the rest of us don't.

Mashable's Space Reporter, Miriam Kramer, had this to say about Miley's ink: "NOOOOOOO!"

After expressing her initial disappointment, Kramer clarified the most basic physical differences between Saturn and Jupiter.

"So here's something funny: Jupiter does actually have rings. They're super faint, and nothing really like the tattoo -- sorry, Miley. But they do exist," she explained. "Saturn's rings are really prominent and beautiful, but Jupiter's are more like dusty disks that weren't actually seen until 1979."

So if the tattoo features an attempted rendering of Jupiter's rings, it's poorly done. In either case, Miley's in her own universe.
