Harry Potter fans certainly know how dark things can get when the world is being torn apart by opposing forces.

So when people pointed out a very blond young man casting his first vote for Donald Trump, it really spoke to the wizarding world on Twitter.

The replies on Twitter got as ugly as a Gryffindor vs. Slytherin quidditch match, as they do whenever this election is concerned.

The blond voter in question, Tom Crean, also looks a hell of a lot like Welcome to the Black Parade-era Gerard Way of My Chemical Romance, who is a lovely person, for what it's worth. The beaten, broken and the damned sure as hell need a savior tomorrow.
