This mountain rescue dog will help you find your snow-zen again
On the cusp of another snowstorm in the northeast, you may be wondering how to feel anything but annoyance at snow. Is there any good that comes out of snow? Can we even enjoy it anymore?
Truckee, the mountain rescue dog, is here to help you answer all of your questions. In this widely shared video, the dog shows us exactly how we should be taking advantage of a snow day.
Chris Child, part of the ski patrol at Heavenly Mountain, posted this absolutely fantastic 200-foot slide on Facebook.
Truckee is, of course, not the only rescue dog on the team. Here's the rest of the squad, also documented by Child.
These dogs have a very tough job, and we're glad to they take the time to blow off some steam every once in a while. We should all be a little more like Truckee.
