Everyone wishes they had superpowers.

Let's be real: At some point in your life, you've probably stared at the slightly too far TV remote and tried to use telekinesis to bring it closer. You may have attempted to use The Force to make a cup of coffee levitate when nobody's looking, or tried to write cryptic messages on your classroom's chalkboard after watching Matilda.

Bottom line: We've all secretly wondered if we had mutant abilities.

Mashable's new Facebook Watch series Mutant Powers answers those questions. Join magician and host Kyle Marlett Thursdays at 3:00 p.m. ET on his quest to help everyday people get superpowers -- kind of.

Although Kyle's powers can be inconvenient, like his laser eyes accidentally destroying a cafe, his goal is to share is abilities with normal people.

With the help of the latest tricks and gadgets, Kyle convinces them into believing they developed supernatural abilities.

Episode 101: Telekinesis

The first episode of Mutant Powers has it all: laser eyes! An invisible hammer! Telekinesis! Kyle gives a stranger the ability to move objects with their mind with the help of some magic rubber gloves.

Episode 102: The Weather

Kyle bends water, grows a flower in the palm of his hand, and gives passerby the power to change the weather. It's a perfect storm of controlling the elements.

Don't forget to follow Mutant Powers here for more of Kyle's amazing supernatural abilities. There are new episodes on Thursdays at 3:00 p.m. ET.
