Astronaut Scott Kelly's last sunrise photos from space are gorgeous
NASA astronaut Scott Kelly is busy getting ready to come back to Earth from the International Space Station Tuesday, but that didn't stop him from savoring one last sunrise from his post in space.
The astronaut snapped some images of the golden sunrise from the Space Station's window this morning before boarding the Russian-made Soyuz capsule that should bring him back to Earth by 11:25 p.m. ET tonight, ending his nearly yearlong mission.

Kelly and Russian cosmonaut Mikhail Kornienko have spent 340 days on the station, the longest mission ever on the orbiting outpost.
In that time, Korienko and Kelly have seen about 16 sunrises and sunsets per day due to the station's extreme speed as it orbits the planet.
Kelly will miss the Space Station.
"Leaving this amazing facility is going to be tough, because I probably will never see it again," Kelly said in an in-flight news conference. "I've flown in space four times now so it's going to be hard in that respect."
"I've been up here for a really long time and sometimes, when I think about it, I feel like I've lived my whole life up here."
