No driveway is ever fully safe.

Nextdoor user "Vicki" knows this intimately. Recently, Vicki complained on the app that random people were using her circular driveway to turn their cars around. So Vicki decided to equip her driveway with some spike strips.

Nextdoor is an app designed to help neighbors connect to one another. Vicki connected, in her own way. And Best of Nextdoor, which captures the kindest gestures and pettiest grievances on the network, shared the moment with the rest of us.

Thanks to the account, we can see that Vicki uploaded a screenshot of her Amazon cart, showcasing her brand new traffic spikes.

"Things will work out the way they work out," Vicki wrote. "May the odds be ever in your favor."

Of course, Twitter had a lot to say about Vicki's sharp approach to the issue.

One driver whose driveway is also taken advantage of regularly, agrees:

Others feel that this is a "self-own:"

Plenty of people were ready to see Vicki get skewered by her own design:

And then we just have some good ol' gems from the Twittersphere:

Knowing some of the content posted to Nextdoor, this can definitely be just some good old fashioned trolling. Either way, we're going to steer clear of using driveways that aren't our own. Our tires are no longer safe.
