At this point, bingeing TV shows on Netflix and other streaming services is a national pastime. But it's possible that it's been so long since you started bingeing that you forgot what your first binge show was.

Netflix released some data on users' binge-watching habits Wednesday, detailing the world's most popular shows for first-time bingers on the service, which is cool and all, but in case you've forgotten your own first binge over the years, there's a simple way to look up what it was.

On the Netflix website's home page, scroll over your account icon in the top right corner and click "Account" in the drop-down menu. Next, scroll down to the "My profile" section and click the "Viewing activity" link. This takes you to a page that shows everything that's been watched on your account, and if you scroll down to the bottom, you can find the first show you binged.

Now, Netflix has pretty specific criteria for what it constitutes as binge-watching: completing at least one season of a show within seven days of starting it. According to Netflix, more than 90% of users that have been around for more than a year have binged at least one show.

Looking back at some viewer habits, Netflix compiled a list of some of the most popular first-time binges for its users, and the results aren't too surprising:

  1. Breaking Bad

  2. Orange is the New Black

  3. The Walking Dead

  4. Stranger Things

  5. Narcos

  6. House of Cards

  7. Prison Break

  8. 13 Reasons Why

  9. Grey’s Anatomy

  10. American Horror Story

Netflix also found that 35% of people have re-watched their first binge show, first-time binges usually last about three days, and it typically takes new Netflix subscribers only 12 days before they start their first binge.
