That Defenders trailer was just the start of it.

Netflix has now released a whole new batch of images featuring their street-level superheroes: Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Matt Murdock a.k.a. Daredevil, and Danny Rand a.k.a. Iron Fist (OK, maybe that one's more of a skyscraper-level superhero).

Some of these look like they could be straight out of the individual series ...

... While the more exciting ones bring together combinations we haven't seen before.

There's also a little peek at Alexandra, the mysterious new villain played by Sigourney Weaver.

But nothing beats a nice group shot!

My favorite thing about that last one is how obviously color-coded it is. All the Defenders are together, so the lighting and production designers get to go nuts with all their colors: Daredevil red, Luke Cage yellow, Jessica Jones purple, and Iron Fist green.

The Defenders will hit Netflix in all its rainbow-colored glory on August 18.
