Break out your favorite sweater and your very best socks: Fall TV has finally arrived!

This September, Netflix is offering tons of known favorites, including the latest seasons of Shameless, I'm Sorry, and The Walking Dead, alongside an avalanche of new releases. So far on our must-see list: Unbelievable, The Mind, Explained, and The Politician — more on that last one below.

As for movies, the streaming service will debut an adorable rom-com called Tall Girl, the return of Zach Galifianakis' fictitious talk show with Between Two Ferns: The Movie, and a documentary from comedian Chelsea Handler titled Hello, Privilege. It's Me, Chelsea.

Check out everything coming to (and going from) Netflix in September 2019.

Top Pick: The Politician Season 1

From the deranged (and Emmy Award-winning) mind of Ryan Murphy, The Politician looks — as Mashable's Alexis Nedd put it — "like Glee banged The Election but in a good way." A really, really good way.

Starring Ben Platt, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jessica Lange, and Zoey Deutch, the comedic series chronicles the efforts of Payton Hobart (Platt), a wealthy student with dreams of taking the Oval Office, as he attempts to clinch the title of Student Body President at his well-to-do Santa Barbara high school.

The Politician premieres 9/27 on Netflix.
