Newborn calf looks suspiciously like KISS frontman Gene Simmons

She's ready to rock.

Moooove on over, Gene Simmons. A newborn calf is ready to take your place in the spotlight.

Genie, a baby cow born in Texas, has a very specific similarity to KISS rocker Gene Simmons. So much so that it looks like she was meant to be born with a guitar in her hooves. Genie was born with a bat-shaped black marking on her face, similar to the one Simmons sports on stage. Oh, and in the picture, she's sticking out her tongue. Can't get any more classic Gene Simmons than that.

The Facebook post from local marketing company Hill Country Visitor asks, "Gene Simmons, Where were you on our about November 25, 2016?," and we're kind of wondering the same thing.

I mean, the resemblance is truly uncanny.

Drew Taylor, who runs Hill Country Visitor, told HuffPost that little Genie was born on Friday at a Kerrville ranch that’s owned by a local steakhouse worker. After seeing a photo of big Gene and little Gene side-by-side, the similarities were hard to ignore. He then posted the photo on Facebook, and before he knew it, it caught the attention of the rocker himself.

Simmons tweeted,

In excitement, Taylor reached out to Simmons and offered to buy him a steak, which seems a little odd seeing as though it is a steakhouse that owns little Genie.

But not to worry -- Taylor assured everyone that Genie won't become someone's next steak because she is now the steakhouse's new mascot.

For this little calf, looking like Gene Simmons actually turned out to be a great, life-saving thing.
