LONDON -- Someone is having a worse Monday than you, and it's an IT contractor working for the NHS in Croydon.

The poor soul accidentally copied the entire NHS staff to a "test email" -- all 1.2 million of them.

Cue an onslaught of "reply-all" emails asking to be removed from the thread, leading to reports that the entire email system had crashed.

Palm, meet face.
