If you've ever wanted to go-kart race on a boat, you're in luck
Norwegian Cruise Lines announced its newest ship, Norwegian Joy, will have a multilevel racetrack onboard — the first racetrack at sea, according to the company.
Norwegian Joy will also have hovercraft bumper cars, a multilevel green park and a luxury duty-free shopping area.

The $920-million ship will be able to accommodate 3,900 guests and — the company hopes — demolish any qualms about being stuck on a boat for days at a time.
The ship, departing from Shanghai and Beijing, will set sail in summer 2017.
This is not the proposed first racetrack at sea. The Streets of Monaco, a proposed private yacht, would have featured a go-kart replica of the Monaco Grand Prix course onboard had it ever been constructed.
