The Notre Dame and Louisville football teams are scheduled to meet in a non-conference contest at Notre Dame Stadium in South Bend, Indiana, on Saturday, Sept. 28. The game is scheduled to start at 3:30 p.m. ET. 

Notre Dame, ranked No. 16 in The Associated Press poll, enters the matchup 3-1 overall. Most recently, Notre Dame defeated Miami (Ohio) 28-3 on Sept. 21. No. 15-ranked Louisville comes into the contest 3-0 overall. On Sept. 21, Louisville beat Georgia Tech 31-19. Entering Saturday, Notre Dame and Louisville are tied 2-2 in their all-time series. 

Marcus Freeman is the Notre Dame Fighting Irish football head coach. Jeff Brohm is the Louisville football head coach.
