It includes over 20 different exercise modes to keep up with you whether you're jogging, biking, or doing yoga, and it even tracks your stress levels with a daily Stress Management Score. It also features automatic sleep tracking to deliver a personalized sleep profile every day as well as a detailed score that analyzes patterns and other information about your time spent getting some shut-eye.
