Former president and cool dad Barack Obama is keeping his March Madness tradition alive by dropping his bracket for the upcoming NCAA men's and women's basketball tournaments.

The bracket was released into the wild on Wednesday afternoon via the Obama Foundation's Twitter account, prefaced with an inspirational quote they received from a supporter.

And then, the brackets, with a nod to "good citizenship" and "sportsmanship" -- perhaps a subtle hint of shade directed at current President Donald Trump, who passed on doing a bracket because he's busy with a hip-hop beef.

For the men's tournament, Obama goes chalk, picking two No. 2 seeds (Duke and Arizona) and two No. 1 seeds (North Carolina and Kansas), with UNC topping Duke in the final. For the women, he's riding top seed UConn all the way because he isn't an idiot; the rest of his Final Four there are two No. 1 seeds (South Carolina and Notre Dame) and a No. 3 seed (Washington).

Anyone who remembers Obama's bracket picks while in office, though, knows he's not that great at picking winners. And Twitter users were quick to weigh in on his choices and point out a few mistakes.

But maybe Obama's feeling confident. After all, he recently lunched with Warren Buffet in Omaha and Buffet is known for his big bucks bracket pool.
