Amazon Prime's Big Deal Days are finally here, which means it's a great time to pick up big-ticket purchases like expensive hair tools.
As tempting as it can be to add that expensive Dyson Supersonic or Airwrap to your cart, it's worth considering some dupes that are on sale. For under $100, you still get an innovative and easy styling experience. Case in point: the Dreame Pocket is on sale during Prime Big Deal Days for $89.98, bringing it down $40.01 from its retail price of $129.99.
This price point isn't exclusive to October Prime Day — I've spotted it a couple times before — but it is the lowest price the dryer and styler has ever hit. As someone who's tested her fair share of Dyson Supersonic dupes, the Dreame Pocket stands out because of its versatility. Like the Supersonic, it's a compact, efficient hair dryer. However, it's also like the Dyson Airwrap, thanks to the inclusion of a curling wand attachment. The unique design of the body of the dryer means the nozzle can be pushed all the way back, so it's easy to adjust for different styling needs.
Another huge point in favor of this dryer is how easy it is to store. The included storage bag could be mistaken for a medium makeup bag, and inside, it fits the folded-up Pocket dryer, the unfrizz nozzle (for smoothing flyaways), and the curling nozzle.
As for performance, it won't be the exact same as the Airwrap, and the curling nozzle only goes in one direction. However, for just $90, it's way cheaper, more versatile, and easier to store, making it an excellent dupe to pick up on sale.
