Amazon Prime Day gaming laptop deals: Alienware M16 R2 and Acer Nitro V at record lows

Best Buy is typically a much bigger threat than Amazon when it comes to laptop deals, including gaming ones. But during any Prime event, like Prime Big Deal Days (happening Oct. 8 and 9), there are definitely a few solid options to choose from. These include several Acer Nitro models and our favorite overall gaming laptop, the Alienware M16 R2, down to a new record-low price according to Amazon price history tracker Camelcamelcamel.
We'll be tracking the best gaming laptop deals at Amazon throughout the end of October Prime Day, though we'd definitely recommend taking a peek at Best Buy's conveniently-timed 48-hour Flash Sale before making your final move on your gaming laptop purchase.
