Antoni from 'Queer Eye' holding a wombat is the purest thing we've seen this week

The content we need right now.

This is One Good Thing, a weekly column where we tell you about one of the few nice things that happened this week.

Forget for a moment our current government drama, and savor this lovely palette cleanser in the form of Antoni Porowski from Queer Eye holding a wombat.

The QE food expert shared a delightful Boomerang of the pair enjoying a beautiful moment together. In the clip, the wombat chills on the avocado chef's lap, and Antoni looks like he's about to melt.

It's unclear when and where exactly the video was taken. Could it be from the Fab Five's trip to Australia a few months ago to give the residents of Yass a makeover? Possibly! And if so, really Antoni? Why would you wait so long to post this?

But it's all good. After watching this for the 40th time, I'm still having trouble deciding whether the wombat or Antoni is benefitting more from this incredibly cute interaction. According to Twitter, I wasn't the only one with this dilemma:

Not to sound dramatic or anything, but this video has moved people in a way like no other.

But for real guys. Antoni holding this wombat is the antidote to a long and emotionally exhausting week. Take it from these other Twitter reactions:

Can we have a segment of Queer Eye where the Fab Five play with animals? Please?
