OnePlus wants to sandstone everything, even soap
Most smartphones are beautiful, smooth and shiny, but that can be a problem when they slip from your hand and shatter into a zillion expensive pieces.
Now, OnePlus, known for its sandstoned, textured smartphones (see OnePlus One and Two), has decided to make everything drop proof.

In a new video, posted on YouTube on April 1 (wink wink, nudge nudge) and titled #GetSandstoned, the company shows its vision for the future: Everything is sandstoned.
That's right: OnePlus wants to sandstone not just smartphones and smartphone cases. We're talking coffee cups, sneakers, even soap.
We get it, OnePlus: You can't drop soap if it's sandstoned. The coffee cup, however, might actually be a good idea.
