Imagine your ideal London home: three bedrooms, a garden, and a mere stone's throw from a lush park. Now picture it entirely engulfed by overgrown bushes and trees.

Well, this sad, sorry excuse for a property in is up for sale for a whopping £450,000 ($582,151) and, honestly, that's a pretty good deal, for London.

This three-bed terrace house on Ruthin Road in Blackheath, London, has one bathroom, one reception room, a garage, a 50ft garden. And, as a bonus, it comes with masses of foliage. A neighbour told the Evening Standard that the property's former occupant had planted garden flora "quite a few years ago" and the house had been completely covered for a long time. According to Zoopla, the current average property value for houses on Ruthin Road is £970,700 ($1,254,606). And, given that the average property value in London is currently at £490,718, the house -- which will be sold by public auction on Tuesday -- is actually a pretty sweet deal.

The RightMove listing notes that the property -- currently sitting vacant -- is "in need of complete modernisation." Just in case you hadn't already worked that out.
