We're two years into the life of Overwatch and the folks at Blizzard Entertainment celebrated by putting out some fun numbers to show just how much the game has changed and how much time people have put into it since it launched.

Along with an infographic, a couple of Overwatch developers shared in a round table Q&A what fans can expect — or rather not expect — from the game in the future.

In a tidy infographic, Blizzard showed how much work has gone into its beloved first-person competitive game and shared some fun facts and figures about how much players have contributed. Take a look:

The team behind Overwatch certainly hasn't been slacking in bringing in new content, characters, maps and game modes, that's for sure. Since launch, the team has added 2,050 cosmetic items like sprays, skins, victory poses, and more. That's roughly 513 loot boxes' worth, as long as you don't get any duplicates or currency.

A very interesting piece of information is the amount of damage done to hit points healed. Healers have nearly healed half the amount of damage done (17.2 trillion to 38.6 trillion, if you don't feel like counting commas). Meanwhile, healing has been requested a whopping 752 million times.

In looking ahead, Overwatch developers Scott Mercer and Bill Warnecke were asked about a potential sequel to Overwatch and if the team was inspired at all by trends in gaming like the recent popularity of battle royale games. Both things were shot down pretty quickly, but you never know what could happen another two years down the road.
