Twitter's new default avatars get a slick 'Overwatch' remix
Twitter finally finally killed the stupid egg.
Now, the social media platform's default profile photo -- for those that don't upload one of their own -- is a non-gendered head-and-shoulders silhouette. See for yourself:
Where some might see boring, Blizzard Entertainment instead saw a beautiful blank canvas. So the Overwatch purveyor added a little makeup to the avatar, recreating it in the style of its cast of heroes.
The following set of four remixed profile images reference D.Va, Solder: 76, Tracer, and Zenyatta. Only 20 (and counting) to go!
