Chopsticks? Fork? No, it's a chork and it could be coming to Panda Express.
Panda Express is mostly known as the premier choice for strip mall orange chicken enthusiasts everywhere.
Now, it's also the spot for cutting-edge cutlery. Last week, Lisa Jennings, the West Coast bureau chief for Nation's Restaurant News, tweeted that the chain may be considering using the chork in its restaurants.
The chork, developed and manufactured by Brown Innovation Group since 2012, is just what it sounds like -- a hybrid between a pair of chopsticks and a fork. The chork's own website verifies three correct ways to use the utensil. Diners may employ the fork end; break the chork in two and use like traditional chopsticks; or, in the site's own words, the "cheaters" version, which involves using the chopsticks end while the fork side of the utensil is still attached.

The internet is going bonkers at the mere idea of this cutlery.
However, the chork also has its naysayers.
There is a even contingency of those who think the chance to name a new utensil was utterly wasted.
The restaurant chain has not confirmed when or even if the chork will be making its Panda Express debut, but based on the public's response, it would be a chorking shock not to eventually see this utensil at a strip mall near you.
