Panera wants you to get engaged at Panera, and everyone's wondering why?

Do it for the bread bowl.

Nothing screams romance like a bread-bowl filled with creamy tomato soup. At least, that's what Panera Bread wants you to believe.

The fast casual dining chain announced a special Valentine's Day sweepstakes—get engaged in one of its bakery-cafés on Feb. 14 and the company just might cater your wedding. To be eligible, not only must you get engaged at a Panera, but you're also expected to share a photo of the experience using the hashtag #PaneraProposalSweeps.

Sounds like the dream, right? Who wouldn't want to get engaged in the home of tomato mozzarella flatbreads and broccoli cheddar soup, let alone serve those very same foods at your wedding.

The reactions on Twitter have been...mixed to say the least. But taking a note from other personable branded social accounts (Dennys and MoonPie, for example), the Panera Bread Twitter account is clapping back at some of the more, uh, aggressive comments.

People were quick to point out that Panera's not exactly the most romantic place to get engaged.

Others noted that even if they did get engaged at Panera, there was still the whole only five people will win issue.

There were a few people who tried to find loopholes.

Some people were more enthusiastic about the idea and tagged their significant others.

Some people shared some sweet stories of how Panera was actually involved in their love stories.

Though some people turn their noses up at the idea of getting married in a chain restaurant, we're sure plenty would love a wedding buffet stocked with bread bowls.
