Pantsuit Nation, the invite-only Facebook group that served as a safe space for Hillary Clinton supporters during the presidential campaign and its aftermath has secured its very own book deal.

Libby Chamberlain, the 33-year-old who started the page back in October, was inspired to write a book after seeing the serious impact the page had in the lives of voters through the meaningful stories members shared.

Chamberlain excitedly announced the book deal to Pantsuit Nation's nearly 100,000 Facebook fans on Monday, giving the future milestone the following glowing description:

"A book of YOU. A book BY YOU. A permanent, beautiful, holdable, snuggle-in-bed-able, dogear-able, shareable, tearstainable book. Your voices. Your stories. Our community. Our project. Our message of hope and change."

While Pantsuit Nation has already received love from the pantsuit queen herself, Chamberlain went on to explain that the call to action was inspired on Nov. 9, when Clinton told her supporters to “make sure [our] voices are heard going forward,” in her concession speech.

"This group is the foundation and centerpiece of Pantsuit Nation, but I see our role as much, much larger than a 'secret, private Facebook site,' pantsuiters," Chamberlain wrote.

As the group continues to grow, Chamberlain shared that many members have suggested that the stories of Pantsuit Nation are worthy of a book.

She hopes the book will further inspire and connect people and announced it is just one of the ideas she has in mind for the future of Pantsuit Nation.

She is also working to establish Pantsuit Nation as a nonprofit organization to support "advocacy, education, and political action efforts."

According to The New York Times, Flatiron Books will publish the project on May 9.

Mashable reached out to Pantsuit Nation for additional comment.
