Last week, a college legend was made at (the) Ohio State University.

Every year, a chemistry professor tosses a paper ball into the crowd of students while demonstrating the concept of donating a proton. The professor then offers the entire class a 100 percent on the class' first quiz if the student with the ball can throw it across the room into the garbage.

Student Rachel Brown filmed the ridiculous toss, which landed the entire class a nice jump start to the semester.

Another student later identified the future baseball star as Vinny Forte

Brown told BuzzFeed that the video gained instant fame on campus after it was featured on the campus' Snapchat Story.

“Everyone else was going crazy too. It was all over our campus Snapchat Story,” said Brown.

She also said that the teacher was pretty pumped about the whole ordeal.

“He emphasized that we have to still show up for recitation to get the 100 on the quiz but he was happy for us,” she said.

Clearly, Vinny was a hero to all, including the internet.
