You haven't hit the big time till you get immortalised on a set of stamps. Seoul sensation Park Hae Jin has the honour of becoming the first Korean actor to get his face printed on Chinese stamps and calling cards.

According to Allkpop.com, the set will launch in May with a limited run of only 100 copies, but will eventually be available in regular circulation. The stamps' release will be followed by prepaid calling cards bearing the actor's face.

Park is perhaps best known for winning hearts of Chinese women in his lead role in the popular 2010 Korean drama series "Cheese in the Trap."

The stamps are part of a joint effort by China's Ministry of Communication and China Post to pay homage to the 100 most influential figures in Chinese culture, reported Yonhap News.

The Park Hae Jin limited edition stamp set will retail at 698 yuan ($107), and the regular version will retail at 0.80 yuan ($0.12) each. The calling card retails at 120 yuan ($18.50) each.

Park may be the first Korean actor to obtain the honour, but K-pop boyband Super Junior-M were the first celebs from the country to get their own Chinese stamp set in 2008.

With this move, Park appears to have eclipsed fellow Korean flavour-of-the-month Song Joong Ki, who found his face printed on Chinese "hell" notes for the recent Qingming festival.
