Last time Manchester United star Paul Pogba posted video of himself and a teammate doing a handshake like this on social media, he got rebuked by a club legend.

Now Pogba's back with a new potential post-goal celebration. And he has a new partner -- his mom. To which we can only say: Awwwww.

Pogba, for the uninitiated, is a United midfielder who's among the most dynamic young players in soccer. This highlight video nicely illustrated why, but let's keep the story moving. How many global superstars practice celebratory moves with, of all people, their mothers?

Here's Pogba doing just that in a video he posted to Twitter on Monday morning. She's getting the hang of it!

Pogba is known for his intricate on-field celebrations as well as his marvelous talent.

But when the French national posted an Instagram video earlier this month that included himself and United teammate Jesse Lingard demonstrating a new handshake, it didn't go over well.

Rio Ferdinand, a retired United legend who played from the club from 2002 to 2014, went all get-off-my-lawn on the young stars for the video above.

"I'm all for having a bit of fun on social media and stuff. But not when you're fifth in the league and you're not in the Champions League positions and you're fighting," Ferdinand said earlier this month. "You haven't won anything yet. Until you've won something, you can't go out and do stuff like that."

On Sunday, Ferdinand walked back his criticism, saying "we are in a different era now." But judging by the video posted with his mom, Pogba was never too worried about the admonishment.

Even better for a dear old mom than a new handshake is this: United this Thursday takes on Saint-Étienne, which features Florentin Pogba, another son of hers.

The Pogbas, it seems, just can't lose. Especially on Thursday.
