The Tour de France 2016: 2,197 miles, 22 teams, one giant penis.
Riders pumping their way through the second stage of the race hit a speed hump of sorts on Sunday. A spray paint-wielding artiste drew a penis on the route, forcing competitors to roll over the phallic distraction on live television.
