As we all know (and despite our worst fears) Game of Thrones is coming to an end next year. And we're all hoping that the ultimate battle between ice and fire is going to play out in favour of our favourite characters.

Game of Thrones actor Peter Dinklage just hinted at the fate of his character Tyrion Lannister. And he seems to be just as emotional as you about the whole thing.

"It ends beautifully for my character," Dinklage told Entertainment Tonight (ET). "Whether it be tragic or not."

Dinklage said that the final of the show exceeded his expectations.

"There are no better writers in television than Dan Weiss and David Benioff," Dinklage told ET. "They ended it brilliantly. Better than I could have imagined."

Dinklage even issued a warning to the audiences to brace themselves for what's coming in the finale.

"You people are in for it," Dinklage said.

We know that Game of Thrones is a brutal show, but we can't help hoping for a happy ending for Tyrion. After all; "death is so final, yet life is full of possibilities."
