It's never too late to welcome this guy into your Easter dishes: 💩

The food blog Nomageddon went full Millennial in a recent creation. They turned the humble marshmallow peep into something many opponents say these treats taste like — poop.

Made with the same consistency of the Easter 'favorite,' the mini poops also bear a strong resemblance to one of the top emojis for.. well, pretty much everyone who uses them.

Nomageddon is run by photographer Matthew Cetta, a professional food photographer and a self-taught cook.

Mashable reached out to the Poop Peep creator, who shared that his fun idea spawned from some simple wordplay that occurred, naturally, in the shower. "And I can never pass up a good poop joke," laughs Cetta.

The recipe is pretty simple. In his recipe post, Cetta admits it's basically just "marshmallows coated in dyed sugar crystals." He uses brown food dye on the sugar and rolls the marshmallows around in that sweet goodness.

Those Easter treats seem well within reach, don't they?
