Tesla fans: This adorable preschool diorama is for you
Even pre-schoolers are learning about the Tesla Roadster's flight to space.
This clip from Redditor ground_truth shows a very timely addition to a solar system diorama hanging in their child's preschool.
Right between the planets Earth and Mars is a suspended little red car — a teeny reference to the Tesla Roadster that rocketed into space from SpaceX's Falcon Heavy launch on Tuesday. Per ground_truth, it was hung there by a teacher at the school.
It's a cute addition that helps the kids keep up with current events. And as Reddit user Maddhardt commented, it's also a reminder of why the whole "launching a car into space thing" is even important.
It's inspiring to think of a new generation growing up and looking to a future of space travel.
But there is one hard truth we still have to face: Pluto was nowhere in site. :(
